I'm out all day, how can I prepare the soups?

Soups can be prepared before, always making sure to keep them at the right temperature until lunchtime. For example, if you're cooking them the night before, simply carry them in a cooler; otherwise, if you're preparing them in the morning, you can store them in a thermos, which will maintain the right temperature for a few hours after cooking.
