I have headache and/or muscle aches. is it normal?

Yes, headaches and muscle aches are among the effects typically associated with ProLon; in general, the first three days are the most challenging, especially the second and third, but of course, the body's response is always individual. We recommend staying well hydrated and getting plenty of rest.
