What should I do if I take supplements?

Since the ProLon kit was designed and tested to simulate fasting while providing adequate nutrition to the body, it's generally best to discontinue your regular supplementation, as the program includes vitamin, mineral, and omega-3 supplements. However, it's advisable to discuss this with your healthcare provider if it has been prescribed.
