Which food or drink can I add to the 1-Day Program?

During the 1-Day Reset, it is recommended not to consume any other foods or drinks other than those recommended by the program, except water. If you truly need to drink coffee, it is recommended to consume it in small quantities (maximum one cup per day), without any additives.
