The right of withdrawal is regulated by law if the consumer customer (i.e., a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who does not indicate a VAT number on the order form) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must send notification to L-Nutra UK within 14 working days of the date of delivery of the goods. This notification may be sent by email to info@prolon.co.uk. Returns of any item will be accepted, provided they are intact and in their original packaging, and the full amount will be refunded, excluding shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer (as required by law). Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code"), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide a reason. After expressing the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Walker Logistics LTD, Eastern Hangar, Lambourn Woodlands, Hungerford, Berkshire RG17 7TJ. Once the product has been verified, the refund will be made by crediting your credit card or PayPal account, or by bank transfer within 14 days of acceptance of the return. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer in any case.
